Can I try Navira for free?
Absolutely. Every new account starts with 3 days of full Premium access — every feature unlocked, no limits. After that, you keep the Free plan with access to every city, 2 AI chat messages per day, 2 lifetime AI itineraries (with 2 regenerations each), and the full achievement system.
What does Premium unlock?
Unlimited AI itineraries with full walking navigation, unlimited AI chat, audio guides in all 5 cities, AI tourism plans, document import, and unlimited saved plans.
How does annual billing work?
The annual plan is €79.99/year — save €100 versus monthly billing. You get the full Premium experience for the entire year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings at any time. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your itineraries, chat history, achievements, and documents are preserved. You just lose access to Premium-only features until you re-subscribe.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform used by companies like Google and Amazon. We never see or store your card details.
Which cities are supported?
We currently cover 15+ cities across 15+ countries: Rome, Paris, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Athens, Istanbul, Lisbon, Prague, Vienna, Florence, Budapest, Edinburgh, Dubrovnik, Bruges, Kyoto, Cluj-Napoca, and Bucharest. New cities are added regularly.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored securely in the EU (Frankfurt). We use encrypted connections, and your itineraries and conversations are private to your account.
