Common questions
Can I try Navira for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you access to all 18 cities, 5 AI chat messages per day, one AI itinerary, and the full achievement system.
What does Premium unlock?
Unlimited AI itineraries with full walking navigation, unlimited AI chat, audio guides in all 5 cities, AI tourism plans, document import, and unlimited saved plans.
How does annual billing work?
The annual plan is €25/year — less than two months of monthly billing. You get the full Premium experience for the entire year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings at any time. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your itineraries, chat history, achievements, and documents are preserved. You just lose access to Premium-only features until you re-subscribe.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform used by companies like Google and Amazon. We never see or store your card details.
Which cities are supported?
We currently cover 18 cities across 12 countries: Rome, Paris, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Athens, Istanbul, Lisbon, Prague, Vienna, Florence, Budapest, Edinburgh, Dubrovnik, Bruges, Kyoto, Cluj-Napoca, and Bucharest. New cities are added regularly.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored securely in the EU (Frankfurt). We use encrypted connections, and your itineraries and conversations are private to your account.
