1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Navira, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Description of Service
Navira provides AI-powered travel planning tools including itinerary generation, a conversational travel explorer, walking guide navigation, city exploration, and achievement tracking. Services are provided on a freemium basis.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineering our AI models, scraping content, impersonating others, or using the platform for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries, chat responses, and recommendations are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Always verify critical information such as opening hours, prices, and safety conditions independently.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used any Premium features (e.g., generating itineraries, accessing walking guides, or listening to audio guides). Once a Premium feature has been used, the purchase is considered final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of Navira are the property of Navira and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and content you create through our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Navira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
